Criteria
A. The C & S Club scholarship is for $500.
B. The money will be paid directly to the student’s school of choice after the student delivers a copy of their current statement to the club Treasurer.
C. Scholarship deadline is July 1 and will be awarded on August 1 each year.
Eligibility
A. Must be a child, step child or grandchild of a club member that is current on their dues.
B. Student must be a graduating high school senior or undergraduate student at an accredited college or university.
C. Children of Board members are not eligible.
D. Student is eligible to win the award a maximum of two times.
E. Applicant must be a full-time student
Procedures to Apply for Scholarship and How Recipient is to be Judged
A. Fill out application and write a short essay about student’s heritage.
B. Student’s participation in club events.
C. Student’s academic promise.
D. Student’s character.
E. Student’s financial need.
