Bring the children for Velikonoce (Easter) egg hunt!
The Czech and Slovak Club of Greater Kansas City is holding it’s annual meeting on Sunday, April 5, 2009, at the Mike Onka Memorial Building in Sugar Creek, MO. The meeting starts at 2:00 PM and includes a potluck dinner and entertainment by the Sugar Creek Tamburitzans. We also will sponsor an Easter egg hunt for the children.
Other activities include the election of club officers and an update on club business and programs for the year. Admission is free but we ask all attendees to bring food items as listed below. The club will provide eating utensils and soft drinks. Beer and wine will also be available for purchase.
The location is the Mike Onka Memorial Building, 11520 E. Putnam Ave., Sugar Creek, MO 64054.
We ask everyone to bring a dish based on their last name as follows:
A through J – Main Dish
K through R – Vegetable/Salad
S through Z – Appetizer/Dessert
